PROVIDER STANDARDS

What the service network expects from participating providers.

These are participation expectations—not a claim that every published market is active, every applicant is approved, or every job is fulfilled by a third-party provider.

01

Real business identity and market fit

A provider application should identify the operating company, responsible contacts, intended service territory, and the types of jobs the business is equipped to perform.

02

Appropriate vehicles, equipment, and staffing

The truck, trailer, tools, crew capacity, and job planning must fit the accepted work. Qualification for a household pickup does not automatically establish readiness for demolition, dense debris, or complex cleanouts.

03

Required documents and lawful operation

Participating providers are expected to maintain the insurance, business records, licenses, permits, and disposal practices applicable to their location and work. Requirements can vary by jurisdiction and job type.

04

Clear customer communication

Arrival timing, access, scope, operating-company identity, and material restrictions should be explained before work. Changes should be discussed rather than appearing as an unexpected charge after loading.

05

Scope and price approval before chargeable work

The actual items, volume, weight, access, labor, and special handling should be reviewed at the property. The customer approves the final scope and price before loading or additional work begins.

06

Completion records and accountability

Providers are expected to document completion, follow the assigned support process, and address service issues. Approval is not permanent when documentation expires or performance repeatedly misses network expectations.
