SERVICE SCOPE

Commercial cleanouts

A commercial cleanout needs a defined item list and someone who can approve the work for the business or property. Describe the office, storage room or other area being cleared, including any occupied spaces nearby. Coordinate building access before requesting a visit. The operator reviews the materials and loading route to establish which work can be accepted and how it should be scheduled.

START WITH THE TASK

What this service covers

  • Removal of approved unwanted desks, chairs, shelving and other accepted furnishings.
  • Agreed cleanout work in office storage rooms or property areas.
  • A review of the loading route, included items and business approval contact.

What needs review first

Tell the company before scheduling

  • Obtain property permission, elevator reservations and loading-area access where required.
  • Identify furniture needing disassembly and equipment requiring separate acceptance.
  • Separate records, employee belongings and devices containing company data before the visit.

Outside the standard scope

  • Document destruction, confidential-records handling and certified data destruction.
  • Industrial waste, chemicals and specialist regulated-material disposal.
  • Automatic business credit, guaranteed account approval or assumed deferred-payment terms.

How the work is agreed

  1. Approve an inventory

List what leaves and what stays. Include quantities and photos from every relevant floor so the request reflects the entire job.

  2. Coordinate the building

Confirm the loading location, elevator arrangements, access contact and working-hour restrictions with the property before accepting a schedule.

  3. Confirm scope and payment

Have an authorized business contact approve the work and current payment terms. Agree on changes before the crew handles additional items.

What can affect the price?

  • The volume, weight and material mix accepted for removal.
  • Disassembly, stairs, elevator use and distance to the loading location.
  • The crew time and scheduling requirements of the agreed project.

Photos can support an initial range. The final on-site estimate covers the actual items and access; approve the complete price before loading. A changed removal list requires a revised agreement.

Questions about commercial cleanouts

Does removing filing cabinets include disposing of the records inside?

No. Empty cabinets and arrange confidential-records handling through an appropriate service. Identify any remaining contents before approval; furniture removal does not establish a secure records service.

Can our business pay after the cleanout?

Confirm payment terms with the operator before scheduling. A commercial request does not create a credit account, and any invoice timing or account arrangement must be expressly accepted.
